As we walk, we move into the unknown with no guarantee of success. It’s through these challenges that we build a wealth of wisdom, a heart of compassion and an appreciation of grace.
Through the fires I have walked, I have journeyed through pain to gain immense wisdom. I have survived sorrow to appreciate joy. I have grown from a young woman looking forward toward her life to a woman who has grown through courage on the hero's journey to reach massive success. Many have held my hand, lifted me up and carried me to my success. My gift back to this world is to hold out my hand to the many women ready to cross their fire. It’s the wealth of wisdom, the vision of what’s on the other side and the grit to get there that inspires me every daY.

Lindsey Head is an award-winning CFO, and financial powerhouse and visionary leader, providing entrepreneurs and business owners with proven financial guidance and operational strategies to facilitate exponential business growth.
She is a business finance expert who has demonstrated her expertise over the course of her career helping a variety of businesses succeed and operate efficiently.
She's been invited to lead numerous professional speaking panels along with being recognized as the Chief Financial Officer of the year by the San Diego Business Journal in 2018. She serves as the Co-Chair for the San Diego chapter of the CFO Leadership Council (a nationwide organization) and was featured on the cover of Vision Magazine (a magazine dedicated to entrepreneurialism).
She's collaborated with clients ranging from startups and small businesses to large corporations. She has served as the CFO for a successful money management firm (AUM = $250M) where she managed all financial and business operations, as well as compliance and investor relations.
She serves as the Chief Financial Officer for an award-winning PR Agency where she has been instrumental in managing their financial growth from $750k to nearly $12M in annual revenue while growing headcount from 7 to 75+ employees and expanding the business from San Diego to Santa Monica, New York, and London.
She also led business and financial operations for a mobile tech startup that was acquired by Yahoo! in 2014.
