From broken bones to a breakthrough life, the motto I live by and teach around the world is “YES I CAN,” whether my audience is entrepreneurs on Richard Branson’s Necker Island, gang leaders in the hood, startups in remote villages in Africa, or executives and elite start up teams in Silicon Valley.
My credentials as a serial entrepreneur, peak performance expert, CFO & business lawyer won’t tell you: I focus on doing good, and know if it were easy, everyone would do it. My word is my bond and my joy is showing people how to breakthrough to their true destiny.
I am heartbroken by hatred, violence and injustice. I stand up for the underdog. I live my truth. I share my wisdom. I never went to college but did graduate from the Law School at the University of California at Berkeley, one of the top American law schools and became a successful business lawyer. All because I live and say, “YES I CAN!”

She was also the Chief Financial Officer for a multimillion dollar financial services firm. Gina has multi award winning author, peak performance expert, success mentor & coach. She is a mentor for the Branson Centre for Entrepreneurship, founded by Richard Branson, an International Lead Trainer & Educator for Tony Robbins and Robbins Research International teaching the psychology of leadership and peak performance. Gina has a passion for entrepreneurship which ignites the energy in her unconventional out-of-the-box programs. She continues to super charge her audience with the enthusiasm and wisdom to breakthrough to their dreams and success in business, relationships and life. Over the past 25 years, Gina has traveled the world as a keynote speaker & program facilitator at numerous corporations, entrepreneurial programs, educational institutions and communities on leadership, success & creating the life of your dreams.
In 2016, Gina’s book What’s Your Magical Moment? (published by Morgan James Publishing) won the National Indie Excellence Award for Motivation. In 2018, she won the Independent Press Award. She has been a California lawyer for over 25 years and practiced law with the San Francisco law firm Farella, Braun & Martel where she specialized in working with entrepreneurs and start-up companies. Gina received her J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley, even though she never attended undergraduate school - which is a story to be told!
In addition to her entrepreneurial events around the world, she is an educator at the exclusive entrepreneurial program at Draper University of Heroes educating entrepreneurs and executives from all over the world to be game changers in their industry. Gina’s Game Changer Program was featured on the ABC Family Show Startup U. She has also taught entrepreneurs and executives at the Entrepreneur’s Paradise program on Richard Branson’s Necker Island.
Gina has traveled the world extensively and has years of experience successfully teaching and coaching numerous people on a wide array of issues dealing with relationships, family, wealth, finances and careers. Gina is a certified practitioner in the areas of Neurolinguistics (NLP), Time-Line Therapy, Perfect Health, Primordial Sound Meditation & Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga. For years she has lectured to community groups and educational institutions on issues related to creating healthy and happy relationships, identifying relationship abuse and ending domestic violence. She was featured on the Lifetime Cable Channel show “Motherworks” for her contributions in this important field.
